“I've never been
athletic and most of my family is overweight. After moving to
Canada, I gained 40 kg. Diets and the ‘traditional’ 1 hour cardio
sessions other trainers recommended helped temporarily, but once I
stopped them; I gained all the weight back and then
some.
Previous trainers usually
did not look interested while giving me an exercising routine. When
they heard about my back and my wrist injuries, they would never
give me something adapted for my needs.
Since beginning my
training with Ariane, I wonder where 15 kg went... It wasn’t even
that hard- none of the old dieting and boring exercises. I've never
done a workout this short that is this effective.
Ariane always has a sweet smile and says "just one more time and you're done". Surprisingly, it works better than I expected. But what is even more surprising to me is that I haven’t yet abandoned exercising as it usually happened in the past.
Losing 15 kg seemed
impossible to me, but now that I lost that fat that easily, I have
no reason to stop- especially since I don't have to spend all my
